LinkSwarm is a platform that facilitates backlink exchanges between websites through automated matching. We provide tools for site registration, link discovery, and exchange management.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One account per person or organization

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Register sites you don't own or control
• Use the Service for spam or manipulative SEO practices
• Attempt to game or manipulate the matching algorithm
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service

5. Link Exchanges

• All link exchanges are voluntary between parties
• LinkSwarm does not guarantee link placement or duration
• You are responsible for content on your own sites
• We may remove sites that violate quality guidelines

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

LinkSwarm and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LinkSwarm and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that link exchanges will improve your search rankings or traffic.

10. Limitation of Liability

LinkSwarm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
